The Replay range of A4 and A3 "L" seal, shrink wrappers are available in three models.

The Replay 40 is an A4 manual machine ideal for the smaller printer for shrink wrapping letterheads, booklets, envelopes etc.
Approx. 200 items an hour can be produced. The Replay 40 (A4) and Replay 55 (A3) models are semi-automated, production machines. The operator can preset the "L" sealing and shrinking durations, ensuring every package is perfectly consistent.

The operator simply inserts the paper being wrapped inside the "U" folded film coming off the reel, the operator then slides the item into the shrink chamber, presses the start button which commences the automatic sealing and shrinking cycle and waits for the hood to raise automatically, before removing the finished item. Between 200 and 300 items an hour can be produced, effortlessly and accurately.
